I've been mulling over ideas on setting up a promotion and relegation fictional league with at least five tiers and an inaugural draft. I don't want to do a straight draft and have every round have a hundred players drafted. Is there a way to draft ten rounds in the Top Tier, ten rounds in the Second Tier and so on? And then maybe start back at top after every tier gets to draft ten rounds? I don't know, just curious to see if anyone else has done anything interesting with this.
