Only half of MLB teams showing up when trading; Game crashed when try to trade with missing teams

Last night I picked up a League I was playing a couple weeks ago again. I was not having this problem then. You can see clearly what is happening in the attached screenshot. Basically when I go to trade, I can only see about half of the teams in the league. The missing teams are a mix of NL and AL teams. There is no scroll bar in the drop down menu to select the team to trade with. The game does not crash, everything works fine, UNTIL I go to trade for someone on one of the missing teams. For example, if I navigated to the Mariners team page, right clicked Edwin Diaz and tried to trade for him, game will crash every time. I can produce the league, bugs, etc. if needed. Just let me know. Hopefully you guys have seen this bug before and can help me out.
Also of note. I have tried a quickstart MLB league and this is not happening there. It is only happening in this save. Also, I have installed the newest Windows 10 patch a couple days ago if that matters.

I have tried disabling the Steam overlay and reinstalling game data from OOTP. Neither worked.
