This is the second time I reached 2019 in my MLB Quickstart while managing minor league teams, and for whatever reason it's the second time that my starting pitchers - including 100% rested 12+ Stamina starting pitchers - are tiring out at 60 pitches instead of 90.

Does anyone have an explanation for why this could be happening, or am I just seeing ghosts? Are there league settings that correspond with starting pitchers tiring out at 60 that the game has inadvertently activated?

I did not have this issue in the 2018 season while managing either Short Season A or Rookie League, but it reared its head managing Single A in 2019 (Midwest League).
