I've never owned a previous iteration of OOTP, I bought 19 on launch day and my league that i have been playing with since then wont load this morning saying that save file was created with a previous version.

Any ideas? Is my file toast?

ERROR:

OOTP cannot load this database becuase it has been created with an earlier version of OOTP. Please use the button "Import OOTP 19" to import the database.
