Are you playing historical or fictional? If historical, there has been discussion of it in the historical section of the forum and in the data base issues section of the tech support. If historical, is pre defined draft values selected or is this for the inaugural draft? There is suppose to be some tweaks for this if playing historical in an upcoming patch.
