I just attempted to launch OOTP19 (latest version). I keep getting this error message:

"ootp19.exe - Fatal Application Exeception
Could not copy file hints.txt to user data folder. Please reinstall Out of the Park Baseball"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times and still get the same error.

I checked in "This PC/Users/"My User Name Here"/Documents/Out of the Park Development/OOTP Baseball/misc " and see a hints.txt file (102KB) located in that directory. So it is seems like the file is being installed to the correct folder, but the application does not "see it".
