if you guys used the same quickstart and roughly same year the modifiers will translate almost perfectly.
otherwise, you probably just want to click the modifiers autocaclulate in Stats and AI.
if in season, you could try manual tweak and at the least padreman's mods will be far better than something that allows 350k/season, lol.
make a backup and you can tweak in-season and use a little trial and error, if neccessary.
