Larry Doby, first Africa-American to play in ther American League, was dealt by the White Sox in December to the Orioles as part of massive seven-man trade. But on April 1st, no fooling, he was reacquired by his original team, the Indians, as they made an offer the Orioles couldnt refuse: Bud Daley, Dick Williams and Gene Woodling, and his Baltimore career was over before it began. This was apparently taken for the team's photo pack to be sold at Memorial Stadium. How many and for how long I hve no idea.
