Whenever I try to complete a waiver trade with players who I waived and DFA'd, the trade doesn't process despite getting the email that the trade went through every day. Players don't act as being involved in a trade (can offer them in other deals etc.). On Challenge Mode, regular mode I'd just manually move them.
