I may have it wrong, certainly not unlike me, however it seems to me that whenever I do shop a player around, it's quite nearly like putting him on the trading block, though the effects are not as immediate. That said, there are people who love to leak juicy gossip, sooo...

On this we can agree 100% - I think an agent system may be in order. There are very few professional players who work directly with management on contracts in any sports league, and an agent acts as an intermediary. Perhaps I'll post the suggestion in the wanted items for OOTP 20 - Nevermind, it's already there.
