Ctrane is correct that Stallard colorized as a Royal doesn't really benefit the baseball community as a whole since he never appeared in a major league game with that team. This doesn't negate the validity of lumpkin's request, just that perhaps he could choose his subject matter better.
With all that said, I must preach civility to each other over all else. There is not 3-5 members trying to take over this forum and I have no idea where that conspiracy theory is coming from.
What I definitely believe to be in the best interests of the baseball community is that images posted here in this form represent an accurate representation. The image posted directly above depicts Rick Ferrell in a Boston Red Sox uniform. The surprising representation is that the B on the cap appears to be in white. Ferrell represented Boston in the American League in seasons 1933-1937. The Hall of Fame uniform database shows that the B on the Boston uniform is not white but red.

In support of this fact see attached uniforms of Ferrell in a Red Sox uniform for seasons 1933, 1934 & 1935.
