It's these situations where I really wish OOTP had a more robust system for interacting with players. Eastside Hockey Manager had a good system, and I particularly liked its ability to issue fines to players for things like poor performance, violent behaviour, and simply no reason at all. It could be very satisfying sometimes.

Oh boy, if we could fine and discipline players I would really feel like a part of the team. I had no idea that I even wanted this until you mentioned it because I feel it could give us some personality to the AI players.
