Great league, great commish and great owners.

This league runs like clockwork. Sims are on time everyday. Painfully organized...You draft the 1st 3 rounds over a period of weeks before the actual draft. So no 90 player lists or having to book off a day to draft live. You know weeks in advance when exactly it is your turn to pick. For those 3 most critical rounds you control your own destiny. Best system I have ever been a part of.

This is a great league for those who really get down to the nitty gritty,

For one, scouting accuracy is low. So you must rely as much on stats as much as you do ratings. If a GM is asking for a player who you think is garbage...better have a close look at his stats and have your scout check hm over again. Lots of "Jose Bautitsta's in this league. Players that bounce around from team to team, and maybe even pass through waivers that 1 scout see's something in, and when given a chance he hits 50hrs and gets punched out by Odur. (ok...maybe the 2nd part doesn't happen in this league)

Injuries happen at a realistic rate. (aka ALL THE TIME). It means that superstars are great to have, but if you don't have a solid bench and AAA team you will need a lot of luck to win. This takes a fair bit of work, as you need to find guys who can play in a pinch, but who can also be sent down to the AAA team when everyone is healthy. I had no idea how "option years" worked in reallife until I joined this league.

This is a very challenging league, and has made me a slave to my 1pm email chime that signify's the sim has been run. Check it out.

Feel free to ask any questions.
