Anyone else experience a similar glitch?

This is during the offseason, just after Arbitration, in an online, promotion/relegation league. We just finished our first season:

Notice the middle column for the Braves, compared to the middle column for the Orioles. Nothing reset to zero, it all just carried over from last year's budget. The only thing that reset properly was cash, to $10M.

Commish made a temporary fix, zeroing out as many expenses as he could, and then adding back the cash for the difference in the categories he couldn't zero out.

I was one of two teams who experienced this glitch. The other 28 teams reset properly.

Anyone have any ideas as to why this happened?
