Another devastating piece of news. San Francisco SP Mike Lloyd, the 2006 NL Koufax winner made just 2 starts last season after an 11-month hiatus for Tommy John surgery. He came out of his April 25th start with some tingling issues in his fingers. He took the mound 2 days ago and again came out after 1 inning. Today it was reported he will undergo a 2nd TJ surgery in less than 18 months. San Francisco has called up 23-year-old free agent from Mexico Rogelio Zamora to take his rotation spot. The Bears are off to a 16-8 start and are currently 4 games ahead of Los Angeles in the NL West.
