Ohio (Rose 12-12 3.81) @ Detroit (Barlow 10-4 3.65)

Ohio used a Layne Cosman RBI 2B in the 1st and then a Steve Stahl 3 run HR in the 2nd to open a 5-0 lead. Detroit never got close as the Generals tacked on 4 more to beat the Phantom 9-3. They'll head to Miami for the 1st game of the Division series.

Kansas City (Girard 14-9 3.67) @ Pittsburgh (Escobedo 9-9 4.59)

KC broke open a scoreless game with 4 run 4th inning. The miners battled back with Mike Mayo 2 R HR and then his RBI single in the 6th made it 4-3. They tied it 4-4 on a Spartan error in the 6th.
