I use it to help smooth sim because of all the minor league injuries. I track about 50-100 prospects myself but I cant be bothered with the other couple of hundred.

Assistant GM if you hire one who has same thinking as you and or your he is kind of helpful in trades. Sometimes when he objects it means you can get a low prospect or some cash out of the team.
