I wholeheartedly agree with sentiments in this thread. I kind of get that having to hunt for good coaches makes it more of an interview process, but it’s tedious and doesn’t enhance the game experience.
For what it’s worth, I have had success sorting managers by contract demand, as the better managers tend to ask for more, but there are outliers.
I still haven’t figured out how to check out the development ratings of a pitching or hitting coach that could be a manager.
