Further to my earlier comment/post Matt, this function is fantastic and does indeed filter. But, it only functions when the position is actually open. When you are seeking a potential "replacement" to a position that is occupied, the old way is appears the only way, unless I am missing something.
Hence my comment (had to check after I got home from work).
That said, the new dropdown filter is a huge leap!
