I agree that is Mickey Tettleton in the right hand photo, but he's in an Oakland uniform so that can't be the 1990s and must be the 1980s. Tettleton came up with Oakland in 1984, stayed with the A's through 1987, and played with other clubs for the rest of his career (Baltimore, Detroit, Texas). The shot looks somewhat reminiscent of Tettleton's photo on his '87 Topps card, so my guess is that it dates from about 1986.

UPDATE: I had a notion to got into my current 71 Minor League Player pics and here I had others of the same pic and his name is Greg Schubert who played with the Iowa Oaks in 1971. Thanks!!!
