I'm about the same as jimmysthebestcop over here in terms of stats. I like WHIP too for pitchers.
I like to see my players play consistently for a while - usually at least a few months of regular action at a particular level - before I will consider moving them up (or down). I also use the minor league system report.
Unfortunately I'm playing as a minor league manager right now, so I can't control promotion/demotion. I've got a guy in his third year in rookie ball, has hit .300 every season there. OK Mr.GM? (Would be neat to have the ability to "recommend promotion/demotion".)
