in online leagues sp is set up to pitch a certain amount of pitches. say a particular sp is set up to throw 100 pitches. but in the process of achieving 100 pitches the sp gives up 10 runs. obviously in a regular game the mgr would replace the sp before he throws 100 pitches. to try and deal with this problem I setup in game strategy to hook sp's quickly. however it seems the pitch count setting overrules the quick hook.

is there a setting to replace a pitcher before they give up a ton of runs?
