For pitchers: Zach Eflin and Seranthony Dominguez are the two that I believe deserve a boost, Eflin has gained muscle and has gained a few mph on the fastball, boosting his strikeouts significantly.

I made some changes here, but I'm not sure all of them got included in the rosters before we pulled the final data set for the next patch. So you might see some of these changes only when we release the trade deadline/Sept 1st roster update.
