November 4th, 2027: I started the offseason by executing a $3.4 million option instead of paying the $340,000 buyout. He tossed 66.2 innings with 64 strikeouts, a 2.97 ERA, and 1.17 WHIP in his first sseason with us.

My budget is up to $204 million, which is an acutal increase. I still have basically nothing to spend, but it's better then nothing at all. I also increased my stadium capacity to 40,000 in an attempt to make a little money.

My assistant GM Michael Hill decided he wanted to puruse a job elsewhere.

Milwaukee fired manager Mark Johnson. He was 84-78 and had a winning record the past three years, including winning the NL Central last year. He has a career 331-317 record in four seasons with Milwaukee.

I outrighted 1B Jimmy Turnage to AAA.

I added minor league affilates at the A level for the four new expansion teams that will come next year.

November 15th, 2027: I signed former Braves Scout Brian Bridges as my Assistant GM. Think of him as my backup scout.

Royals LF Alfredo Ordorica (30, 150) and Mets 1B Billy Davis (28, 146) were named Rookie of the Year.

November 16th, 2027: Royals Manager Tony Pena Jr. and Phillies Manager Gabe Kapler were named Manager of the Year. This is actually Kapler's second season as Manager, as he got fired after the 2020 season where they were 95-67. He went to the Royals from 2021-2024 before returning to the Phillies last year.

November 17th, 2027: Twins SP Luis Pastrana (28, 204) and Braves SP Ken Harty (30, 210) were named Cy Young Winners. Steve Paustian (64) finished 2nd and Alpha Quivers (11), Jake FLorence (11), and Victor Arano (10) also got a few votes.

November 18th, 2027: Orioles CF Mike Verbeck (21, 373) and Phillies 1B Xavier Carter were named Most Valuable Player. Paustian (14), Arano (8), and Florence (2) got mentions as well.

November 26th, 2027: Both Alpha Quivers and Thomas Dillard declined qualifying offers and will file for Free Agency tomorrow.
