For me, OOTP 19 is unbearably slow, including responses to click and menus displaying. Initially I thought this was because I was using a huge league file that I've been playing since OOTP 15. But it also happens when I start a new league.

PC
Windows 10
Standalone
AMD FX-8320E eight-core processor, 16 GB RAM, GeForce GTX 960 w/ 2 GB
Game is slow in menus, crashed after running a season, then adding a new league.
Seems random -- either the game locks up and eventually fixes itself or the program crashes.
