There's unfortunately a problem with coach reputation calculations, where some coaches have invalid data in the history, which is causing issues with the newer builds, as you notice.
I did also notice that a large number of coaches seem to have been duplicated. Did you import this multiple times from templates? I'm guessing there could be something in that that's the root cause of the bad data.
