We start the first of two straight home four game series with Devon Peterson (10-8, 4.01 ERA, 1.36 WHIP) on the mound against Philly righty Francisco Morales (0-1, 9.31 ERA, 1.66 WHIP). Chris Reid had an RBI single in the 1st, and that was it. We shut the Phillies out 1-0 to take the opener.

August 19th, 2028: Two-time Marlin Victor Arano is out for the year with a torn rotator cuff. He's likely not to pitch next year either. It's been a down year for Arano, who has a 6.44 ERA, but 1.11 WHIP, with 65 strikeouts and 24 saves in 50.1 innigns.
