I haven't seen this before but I'm certainly not as experienced with OOTP 19 as most of the regulars on here. Are the players all being listed as relievers/closers as their position in the various roster pages/player lists or is it only in the scouting reports? And have you tried advancing a day and/or running a league-wide re-scout in the league settings?
