sorry one other question i ment to ask..
If you do history verison along with the 2000 question that i had above can you have say Atlanta Thrashers stay and then add say Winnipeg in or does that still happen and Vegas still get added in 2017 or can you say play in 2000 and then add those teams into the league and then have like 31-32 teams as of 2000?
