As far as talent level, the IPA is major league... I think my Pro Cup champion could compete with the Boston Red Sox or the Los Angeles Dodgers... don't know if it is possible to play an exhibition series in OOTP12 (which I use for the IPA), but if I can, I just might pit this year's Pro Cup champion against the MLB World Series champion.
