Cardinals Rally Late to Win in 10
Note: This is the point where my game crashed and I let autoplay catch up. The overall W-L was pretty much the same, but keep in mind this is not me controlling in-game decisions.

Each pitcher brought some of their best stuff, with Nola going 6.2 IP, allowing 1 ER on 4 H, and Weaver going 8.0 IP, allowing 2 ER on 5 H. The Phillies did everything they could to score, scoring the first run of the game on a squeeze bunt by Scott Kingery. However, in the bottom of the 2nd, the Cardinals got right back into it on an RBI double by Tommy Pham that tied the game at 1. From there, there was not much scoring that occured, and the Cardinals won in the 10th on a walk-off RBI double by Yadier Molina.

After Tommy Hunter and Adam Morgan allowed 4 R in 2.1 IP, the Phillies handed the ball to Raisel Iglesias and the Phillies' bullpen didn't allow a run for the remainder of the game. The Phillies tagged Carlos Martinez for 3 R in 4.2 IP on a 3-run HR by Rhys Hoskins in the 4th, but the Phillies still needed more, as they trailed 4-3. The Phillies managed to tie the game at 4 off of reliever Drew Pomeranz, and as the Cardinals went to Seung-hwan Oh, Aaron Altherr gave the Phillies a lead they wouldn't relinquish with a sac fly to break the scoreless tie. Blake Treinen picked up his 3rd save of the season as he slammed the door on a 6-4 lead to tie the series. The Phillies will go for the series win tomorrow.
