We are in the home stretch in Sept. of 2030 and are looking for some new owners. We are looking to replace some dead weight, as we have a few teams with under a 30% export rate. These teams are for the most part former competitive teams whose owners haven't been active.

They are as follows:

Kansas City Royals (61-88) 5th AL Central
21st rated farm
23rd rated budget

The Royals (and its former owner) have been competitive for a long time, but the neglect is showing. This team only has 58 million dollars tied up in guaranteed money after 2031. 27 year old LF Caleb Stewart is putting up a 5 WAR year with a wRC+ of 127. The 3 top SP on this team are all 25 or younger and could contend for a AL Wild Card spot with some attention.

Los Angeles Dodgers (59-91) 5th NL West
20th rated farm
1st rated budget

With the wide open NL West and the highest budget in the CLB, this team needs some attention to improve. This offseason is already being discussed as the hottest FA market the league has ever seen. Using this budget to sign some FA's and some smart drafting, and this team can rule the West again.

Chicago Cubs (72-77) 2nd NL Central
23rd rated farm
8th rated budget

The Cubs feature arguably the best cpu-generated hitter in CLB history, Billy King. King is approaching 500 HR's in the majors and is under contract until 2031. Although the farm system isn't rated very highly, there is talent in the lower leagues that are developing. Almost $40 million comes off the books next year and with the budget there is some wiggle room for someone who likes to wheel and deal.

Arizona Diamondbacks (83-67) 1st AL West
6th rated farm (top 5 overall propsect SP Doug Wilson in AAA)
26th rated budget

On the verge of making the playoffs for the first time in CLB history, this team is built to continue success in the near future. This team is extremely young, the starting rotation and closer are all between 25-29. The top 5 hitters on the team are also under the age of 28. They have ZERO bad contracts. If you are into nostalgia, you can watch Giancarlo Stanton retire after hitting 641 HR's in his career.

Miami Marlins (66-84) 4th NL East
26th rated farm
24th rated budget

After 15 years running Miami, the owner has decided to relocate to a different franchise. If you like challenges, this is the team for you. The NL East arguably has the top 3 teams in the NL with the Mets, Phillies, and Braves all in the front running for the Pennant. The team has 28 year old Jose Silva, an elite contact/speed/defensive option, as well as 29 year old C Chris Richmond as the leaders.
