The Brewers bats certainly seem to be coming to life now as they take the first two of three from Brooklyn, 7-2 and 7-1.
The team also continues to get much better performance from starting pitcher Bobby Arends then we have any right to expect. Thus far Arends seems to be a real over-achiever. We can only hope that he has been under-estimated by the scouts and can continue to pitch at the level he has so far.
