Do you have some firewall or virus scanner active maybe? If so, I suggest adding an exception for OOTP inside that application.
Also, could you provide us please with the trace output? You can enable it in the settings dialog, troubleshooting tab ("write debug info to file"). In that tab is also a button to locate the trace file. Thanks!
