I don’t think this was hiding all this time at Getty or someone would have found this.
It’s NOT 100% of Medich’s Mets career (a loss at Pittsburgh, September 29, 1977) photographed, in color, after all. It’s a guppy misidentified as a great white whale. Number 36 was still being used by Jerry Koosman then - this is an ‘80s shot of Ed Lynch. Alas!
