Sun Sox skipper Lorne Evans has the top staff in the TU with Jody Wales (23-10/3.15), Champ Shafer (19-12/3.31), rookie Jeff Moncriffe (17-15/3.04) and Lenny Clarkson (12-11/3.63)... and in the bullpen veteran Troy Hill (8-2/1.37 ERA/29 saves/45 G) has been lights out this season... Evans also has a club that tag the ball pretty well with Zee Graham (.326 BA/19 HR/66 RBI/69 R), Keiland Forrester (.302/24/81/79/4 SB), Walt Walmsley (.254/16/82/93/17 SB), Emmitt Waters (.286/19/54/45/5 SB) and Manuelo Garcia (.311/13/41/58).
Unheralded Luxora might surprise... manager Kent Halloran has a club that can belt the ball and he has pretty good starters... his problem is a lousy bullpen... the Zorros could do well if his starters Juliano Machado (22-8/3.36), Jimmy Hollis (16-11/3.21), Paolo De Freitas (15-13/3.42) and Wallace MacPherson (15-14/3.72) can keep him from going to his inept relief corps... closer Bartolo Baptista (2-5/3.60 ERA/31 saves/50 G) and his buddies have been inconsistent and undependable this year... the Z's batting order is chocked full of good hitters, sparked by Francisco Queiro (.316 BA/35 HR/100 RBI/91 R), Wade Tibbs (.323/28/95/95/2 SB), Marvin Harrelson (.289/25/77/103/13 SB), Vito Angeletti (.251/25/83/76/10 SB), Omar Solis (.290/21/64/61/2 SB) and Ryo Nijo (.280/18/66/58/4 SB)... Luxora can launch the ball on a regular basis... they clouted 210 out of the park during the regular season.
