He's got some offense on his card, enough that the default AI setup has him set as a two way player. There is an issue with the AI not valuing his offense properly and is improperly setting him as the DH in that case. I would suggest either removing the two-way flag on him if you don't want him used at all as a potential PH, or if you do want that, then don't trust the default AI setup in this case (we'll fix it for another patch).
