New Player moved by AI
Hi all,
I bought a new SS...Mark Belanger (60)... on auction last night to bolster my defense at shortstop. I did it after the last game of the evening (the 9 hour countdown we have every night).
Anyways, after confirming I won the auction, I saw Belanger sitting on my 40 man roster. I removed my old SS Bert Campaneris from my 25 man roster to make room and moved Belanger over to the 25 man roster and then placed him in my lineups for Right and Left handed batters. Thinking everything was ok, I went to bed and woke up the next day to see Campaneris back on the 25 day roster and Belanger on the inactive list. Both had (#) next to their names so I know they had to have been moved but it WASN'T by me!
I activated Belanger again today, and he's stuck on my 40 man for another 14 days. Unfortunately, I had already moved Campaneris to the 40 also so I have no starting SS. I do have a utility man so I can make do, but this kind of sucks as I lose over half of August waiting for them to get activated.
Why did it do this?
edited to add p.s.
p.s. I just discovered a change I made in my starting pitching didn't save either. (I moved a pitcher from starter to reliever and another pitcher from reliever to starter).
