This happened to me a couple seasons ago. Pretty annoying.
Seems to be random. Hasnīt happened since. I posted about it a couple weeks but got no response. Hopefully this is something that gets addressed if itīs happening to more people.
Sucks that you had player training wiped out. I hadnīt really done any so for me it was just all my lineups and team colors etc.
