Walkers news: May 3 -- Fort Worth 7, St. Louis 6
Fort Worth's Ehrie Adrianza reached on a pinch-hit single to lead off the bottom of the 15th inning and later scored on a sacrifice fly to give the Traders a 7-6 win over the St. Louis River Walkers in Fort Worth.
Adrianze's single came off Walkers' reliever Phil Maton.
The next batter, Manny Margot, singled off the Walkers' Zach Godley, St. Louis' scheduled starter for the next day but pressed into service because the team's bullpen had been empited, moving Adrianze to third.
Pham's fly ball to left scored Ardianze with the game-winning run.
Down 5-3, St. Louis scored twice in the top of the ninth inning -- J.D. Davis leading off the inning with a homer, his second of the game, and Andrew Tholes connecting on a two-out double that tied it -- to help send the game to extra innings.
A solo homer from Jedd Gyoroko to open the 10th inning put the Walkers in front 6-5. But Margot hit a solo shot of his own in the bottom half of Keone Kela to keep the game going.
Margot had a huge game going 6 for 8 with two runs, two doubles, three RBIs and a stolen base.
