AHIBA4 - checking interest
Hi Guys- I took a break from OOTP and I'm thinking out starting up a fictional league. The ootp19 league concept is in the works but I wanted to see if there is any interest as I want to build this totally fictional world from the ground up. I looking at 4 divisions of 4 teams. There is 16 countries (teams) with ports and cities that all can be renamed in the beginning. Your team and minors will be located in your country. Draft will come from this made up World with international free agents coming from the US...Each color is a division.
