Jose Berrias and a trio of relievers combined to limit St. Louis to a single run and Des Moines took its second straight game from the River Walkers at LaBlatt Stadium.
Berrias tossed six shutout innings, allowing just four hits while striking out five and walking none.
Bryan Garcia handled the seventh inning for the Harvesters, who by than led 3-0.
But Leo Vazquez and Jandel Gustave handled the eighth and ninth innings, respectively, without an issue.
For Gustave, he earned his 18th save.
Des Moines scored single runs in the opening two innings off River Walkers starting pitcher Aaron Nola.
Rafael Devers did the honors in the first inning, his single driving in Billy McKinney who had doubled with one out.
A.J. Pollack led off the second with a triple and scored on a Reese McGuire ground out.
Chris Taylor had an RBI single off Nola in the sixth. He drove in Cody Bellinger, who had opened the inning with a single.
