Recently started a new fictional league. A couple of weeks into the season, I noticed that on the in-game line score the name of every team is displaying as "Substitions".

For example, the Indianapolis Substitions vs. New York Substitions.

Please see attached image, upper right hand corner.

Closed game, started again. Advanced to next day. Advanced to a new series with a new team. Same problem.

Displays correctly everywhere else (box scores, and all other league displays).

Is there a way to fix this? I don't think it's been this way since the beginning, I feel like I would have noticed it right away.
