VOTE
Adams (BST), Smythe (TOR) and Jennings (NYR) all propose further expansion, by 1967 at the latest. We are already at 12 teams (where the real NHL got to after the 1967 expansion).
Do we expand by 2 more teams in 67 or stay put for now and wait a few more years?
