On July 1 (i.e., when league editing is allowed), commissioner mode will allow you to re-generate the schedule from the Structure screen (League menu, Edit Structure tab). Specific details of the schedule can't be edited, but that will allow you to adjust the league to any team movement/expansion/contraction.
