I have altered the image as you have requested. My solution was to copy, paste, and resize the position banner and the name pennants from other 1980 Reds Topps cards. A little tricky nut not too difficult. If you want to produce these effects, I would once again advise getting a photo manipulation program. I use GIMP as it is open source (Free) but I know some of the other colorizers use Photoshop (not free but a mitigation might be to purchase an older version)

EDIT: I don't know why I hought Walton was a catcher but at that point in his career it would appear that he was a 1st baseman. I have changed the position window.
