Rafael Devers and Cody Bellinger hit back-to-back home runs off St. Louis reliever Bobby Poyner in the top of the eighth inning to lift Des Moines to a 5-4 win at Busch Stadium.
St. Louis had taken a 4-3 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning when Bo Bichette hit a three-run homer off Harvesters' Matt Festa.
An RBI double from Khallil Lee off River Walkers starting pitcher Aaron Nola in the third inning and a two-run homer from Austin Meadows in the fourth gave the Harvesters a 3-0 lead.
Des Moines starting pitcher Jose Berrios threw a strong six innings before turning it over to his bullpen.
Berrios allowed one run on two hits. He struck out five and walked one.
It took five relievers to close to the game out for the Harvesters, but they still got it done.
Festa recorded all three outs in the seventh inning and earned his second win of the season.
Leo Vasquez kept the Walkers quiet in the eighth.
Jandel Gustave closed it out with a 1-2-3 ninth for his 26th save.
