I can transfer the .DAT files to a new folder and that loads fine. If i have to use that i will but then i will have to reload every logo and ballpark and jerseys. i moved the page links folder to my desktop to see if that works and i tired moving just the 2 files of Bookmarks & page links to teh desktop to see if that works and neither did.I alsdo installed to the newest patch. 3 of my leagues that i play work, except for this one.
What else can i try?

if you moved your .dat files successfully, why not try to move your logos and jerseys and ball park files manually as well? unless they are corrupt, they should move fine as well. maybe move one or two folders at a time until the game won't load/run, and that folder may be corrupt and causing your league not to load? (if so, you'd only have to replace the contents of that one folder.) There is also a feature - Force Game Installation (which i've never used) - maybe that will help? i read somewhere about checking integrity of files, not certain if that was on a Steam thread or where, but maybe something to look into?? dunno for certain. just some random thoughts. maybe they help. hope so. best of luck. let us know how it turns out?
