Just crashed again around March 13th. For the record, I have not been able to do anything in OOTP 20. Four times I have started the game, four crashes. After the third crash, I un-installed/re-installed. I had previously tried some of the suggestions in the original post to no avail, though I could not figure out where to update Direct X and Microsoft Visual C++ (and I blame that on Windows 10, because I loathe this operating system).
