I suspect that's the issue then. Some of them may not be playing nice with your graphics card.
For those that aren't, you'll want to try turning down the graphics settings when playing in them, which might help.
Unfortunately it's not really something we can specifically offer a lot of support for, given there are 3rd-party mods involved (though we're always happy to help as much as we're able).
